• Job Details:• Consultation with, and guidance to, senior personnel on the implementation of a viable and forward-thinking company safety management policy (‘IMS’). Advice and direction on all areas of related safety control • Direct line of routine reporting to the company Project Manager and Senior VP) • Fully tasked with investigation and solution setting for all project accidents and incidents • Implementation and completion of Safety Inspections & Quality Audits in regard to all policies, systems and training workshops’, ending in detailed, strategic reports • Specific and measurable input to ensure sturdy and quality processes across all Q,H&S, risk assessments and JSAs • Responsible for key areas of Site safety strategy, COSHH & Working at Height management • Reviewed method statements and practice initiatives, for teams and lone workers, charged with improving the team morale and ensuring ongoing better safety practices and efficiencies
