Job Description: 1- Manage the manufacturing teams at sector level in order to meet customer needs in terms of cost, quality and lead time 2- Create and follow up the Logistic Plan related to Sales Plan. 3- Create and follow up the Procurement and Production Plans related to Logistic Plan and Sales Plan. 4- Development of my team members to accomplish multiple jobs in the same time 5- Create and review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. 6- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed to produce the product in suitable time 7- Ensuring that the production is cost effective 8- Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality 9- Determine the human and material resources needed to any job 10- Produce timescale for production lines 11- Hire, train, evaluate, discharge staff and resolve personnel grievances. 12- Develop and implement production tracking, quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems and solve it. 13- Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines. 14- Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets. 15- Create control tools to coordinate inventory and cost control. 16- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products and directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. 17- Review plans and confer with research or support staff to develop new products or processes. 18- Estimating, negotiating and timescales with clients and managers 19- Search alternative suppliers and negotiate them for materials best prices with suppliers. 20- Organizing, controlling and monitoring the production flow process to produce high quality products 21- Leading an Engineers and Technicians Team To Execute The Following Processes A- Follow up Logistic, Procurement and Production Plans B- Create and Improvement Layout C- Coding System Creating and improving the coding system for the Raw, Supplied and Manufactured materials. E- Manufacturing Process Sheets - Create the most suitable manufacturing process sheets for sheet metal including drilling, tapping, turning, folding, punching, cutting and threading processes according to available machines and tools including drafting of these operations. - Making the decision for external processing parts if the required operations out-of Capability of our machines. F- Assembly Process Sheets Create the assembly process sheets for sub-assembly parts including drafting of these operations. G- Managing Production Lines (Framing, Sheeting, Painting, Finishing, Touch-Up, Fiber Glass, Seats) regarding the following points: - Operations Sequences and parallel sequences. - Material handling and components distribution on stations. - Operations times and workers distribution. H- CNC Programming Create programs for HACO Puncher Machines. I- BOM Creation Create and Modify Bill of material and the options variables of the product. J- Product Configuration Make the Sales Configuration for all products and relate it to BOMs. K- Engineering Change Management Assign the application of engineering changes on production lines avoiding scraps and production flow disturbance.
