• Job Details: Implementation of instructions and procedures approved and issued by the company  Follow up department officers to maintain daily work according to company policy and ensure compliance deadlines agreed in advance with all parties concerned  Manage Financial Audit Department for day to day transactions regarding financial payables includes but not limited for (Checks, ACH’S, Claims, …..)  Examines, verifies, evaluates and reports on financial and operational processes  Work closely with Operations Management to understand their purchasing methodology  Audit review for all kind of insurance claims including supporting documents to validate the final approval for the claim to be paid through finance  Audit review for all kind of Payable includes but not limited for (Expenses, Petty Cash, Survey Fees, Rent, Brokers Incentive, Commissions, …..)
