• Job Details:receive alarms from supervision related to corporate network and core network  make first trouble shooting on corporate nodes and core nodes such as Cisco routers and Switches and juniper firewalls.  responsible for implementing and support Data center switches .  implementing and support all orange shops data network devices ( Cisco routers and Switches )  make daily health check on core network devices routers / switches / juniper firewalls  open cases with vendors (Cisco/juniper) if needed and trouble shoot .  in case of hardware failure,we proceed to make RMA for the faulty device and prepare spare part to install it in operation till the RMA received .
