• Job Details:• Financial consultation for all ERP system modules. • Great achievements in designing and analysis of: o Finance, Supply Chain Modules. o E-Invoice integrations in Egypt tax and KSA with ZATCA. o Integration with CCHI KSA for RSD project. o Billing and Pricing Module restructure. • Study and follow the Business Domain Standards • Plan the Analysis Phase. • Manage Stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results. • Manage the Stakeholder according to their power and interest. • Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods. • Study the Competitors and the Competitive Edges. • Requirement Elicitation. • Requirement analysis • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes • Design a Solution for the stakeholder needs. • Prototype the solution. • Validate the requirements. • Prioritize the Requirements. • Strategically Plan for the Product Releases. • Write user stories with acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. • Arrange the Agile Ceremonies like Release planning, Sprint planning, Demo and Retrospective. • Arrange Demo for the Product with the Stakeholders. • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) • Supervising team of product owners with below tasks o Support POs in understanding and implementing the Business Analysis process. o Support POs in any related tasks and duties. o Providing POs constructive feedback and coaching on the deliverables; SRS, Scope, Verifications, User stories, UML and etc. o Monitor POs productivity; estimated tasks, deadlines and etc. o Increase POs quality by decreasing business CRs, scope creeps, missing verifications and etc. o Communicate POs performance and needs to high-level managers. o Support POs professional development by identifying the areas of improvements and the methods of bridging this gap. o Support POs in resolving issues and disputes. o Influence POs with a positive attitude
