• Job Details:• Investigate and Monitor Fraud Alerts received from Visa Risk Manager to take the appropriate action to prevent any possible losses. • Take actions for the suspected transactions as per the pre-set guidelines. • Investigate internal & external fraud cases (money laundry, commercial use). • Monitor and detect fraudulent activities both in the Credit and Debit Cards. • Monitor both POS, E-commerce, ATM and international Debit and credit transactions on daily basis. • Ensure that the suggested policy related to fraud department recommendations are followed and implemented. • Perform analysis to review fraud performance from the business Profitability aspect. • Create Database for Risky Merchants and Risky Countries. • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual cards analysis reports. • Reporting confirmed fraudulent financial losses cases to manager and proposing corrective effective actions. • Responsible for training new Fraud staff. • Monitor the team performance during working hours (24H\7 Days). • Ensure that all suspicious cases are investigated and closed.
