• Job Details:During Rig Operation: -Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones self to the standards of Hitech. Khalda & Apache Policies and Procedures. -Coordinate with the Rig Manager and Area QHSE involving QHSE concerns. -Consult, advise and direct Drilling Operations in matters relating to QHSE. -Maintenance of the Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections -Conduct pre-job safety meetings, weekly meetings, monthl meetings & toolbox talks. -Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and attend meetings with internal and external HSE professionals to discuss content of these reports.. -Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System, HLO, H2S Awareness, Benchmarking, NOWA and other required training activities. -Execution/Reviewing/Monitoring of required QHSE inspection for rigs and camps, reporting findings to the Rig Manager - -Maintenance of the Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program for rigs in area. -Monitor compliance with Travel/Journey Management System where applicable. During Rig Move: -Conduct daily Pre-Rig or Rig Move daily meeting with Offset operators and drivers . -Review the PTW for the major jobs such as lower or raising mast and rig floor, disconnect, lowering & raising TDS & reconnection of flare line and all critical lift plans. -Conduct inspection of the roads of the new location as part of the team identifying the blind spots (taking pictures as necessary) – to be uploaded to quest.

• Job Details:-Issue Work Permits. -Ensure the commitment to PPE for all staff. - Performing HSE training Sessions and performing Safety Stand Downs and Toolbox Talks - Identification of occupational health & safety hazards and conducting Risk Assessment and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) related to specific job tasks.

• Job Details:Inspect the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment. Conduct toolbox talk meetings. Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances. Correct unsafe actions and eliminate any unsafe condition.
