• Job Details:• Provide leadership and vision to assigned ADSI projects. • In the absence of the HSE Training Manager work as direct liaison with clients, Instructors and Senior Manager on all required matters • Assist with Sales and Marketing activity as requested • Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of data related to assigned training projects • Assist in building and maintaining the ADSI Management information systems, Work Instructions (SoPs) and database • Attend regular progress meeting with senior management as required • Prepare weekly and monthly work plans for the designated department staff, in consultation with the HSE Manager • Provide regular updates both verbal and written to the Region Manager on work plan progress • Prepare monthly reports to include instructor evaluations, monthly plans and assignments. • Write course design plans, syllabi and schemes of work or amend existing ones as requested. • Make recommendations to the HSE training Manager on improvements to academic issues and to carry out improvements upon approval • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a work plan and upkeep of that plan to ensure Instructors availability upon request. • Write personnel development plans and conduct in-house professional development of staff and to oversee staff well-being generally • Oversee regular evaluations and annual appraisals on each member of instructional staff and submit to the HSE and Regional Manager • Assist the HSE Manager in the recruitment of suitably qualified and experienced Instructors and, where necessary, support staff • Develop course information materials and coordinate work on all in-house examination and assessment requirements • Coordinate work with external agencies under the supervision of the HSE manager and, where necessary, Regional Manager • Identify, record and inform the HSE Manager of any problems relating to the product, process and quality system and then recommend, provide and implement solutions • Conduct HSE audits and inspections to support customers needs. • Ensure ADSI facilities are well maintained at all times • Seek to expand the ADSI’s services by recommending potential services to the Region Manager
