Maintain daily alignment to ensure all budgets/deadlines are achieved. • Responsible for Monitoring cash, banking and treasury functions oversee the credit and collection policy. • Financial planning and analysis for the divisions, reflecting best practice and supporting the mission, vision for the company. • liaise with all levels of local management and corporate accounting head office supervisory responsibility over five-direct reports to include : leadership of section / development , approve processing of all support documentation to authorize cash / bank transactions , preparation of various journal vouchers / reconciliations , lend assistance with prepare tax returns , set smart objectives for all accounting staff , coaches / mentors , assesses staff performance during midyear review and end of the year review and addresses skill development for direct report , manage the statutory audit , maintained fixed assets • Development and the implementation of finance and accounts strategies and objectives of the company. • Reviewing the financial performance as approved budgets for all the divisions in the region. • Planning and controlling of financial assets and return on investments. • Planning and controlling divisions' revenue accounting function introducing measures to institute adequate control over expenses and initiate cost saving and control measures within the departments in the region. • Consolidating the financial statement of the group by collating the financial statements from business achieved with in the region
