- Job Details:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up the realization of high quality Finished Products which must comply with Egyptian Standards by review FP internal reports and semi finished include analysis and the corrective action if any results out the specifications in order to ensure correct and timely analysis. Manage all external analysis of finished product to assure it's complying with Egyptian Standards. Decrease customer complaints by investigate and analysis the root cause and take corrective action and preventive action to avoid Its occurrence (repeat the same issues). Manage and follow up Update all procedures and WI's related to ISO documents for all departments. Establishing and maintaining systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000,OHSAS 18001) Manage the updating Egyptian Standards of FP and RM. Manage and follow up ccp's to control all (Critical control Points) on production lines. Assure the calibration of all Lab. Equipments annually (Chemical – Micro) beside Calibration reports daily. Prepare annual Quality supplies requirements (Quality budget) include buy chemicals and media &external analysis& Maintenance and repair of laboratory equipments beside buy needed equipments and Training. Follow up receiving COA for all raw materials especially critical materials (cocoa – Whole and skimmed milk powder …….) Manage monthly rejection report for raw materials and Packaging during the year (Supplier Evaluation) to decrease yearly rejection. Follow up Approve all RM &PM on CMS system. Manage all Micro Lab. And its activities. Establishing an internal audit program annually and follow up implementation of this program. Achievements: Playing important role in re certification of 22000 -2005(Food Safety) from Moody International 2/2012. playing important role in re certification of ISO 9001& OHSAS 18001 from Moody international (2/2012). Decrease customer complaints. Decrease Waste quantities from production Lines.

Supervise on the release first time report for FP and Hold quantity (Monthly) to assure increase the quantities release and decrease quantity will be ON HOLD by solving root causes of issues lead to increase hold. Decrease customer complaints by investigate and analysis the root cause and take corrective action and preventive action to avoid Its occurrence (repeat the same issues). Issue and Update procedures and WI's for all FP according to the Periodical updating of FP specification by R&D department. Manage the updating Egyptian Standards of FP. Manage the reports and records of analysis belong ccp's to control all (Critical control Points) on production lines as Acidity – acid Moisture ratio – CoA. Validation of Moisture results of Moisture Instruments against oven (Official method) for all FP. Provide export department with FP data sheet to be send with the FP quantities to the concerned destination. 2-Manage receiving all Packaging and Raw Materials: Issue and update procedure of receiving raw materials. Issue and update work (WI's) for both raw and packaging Materials receiving according to update RMS &PMS by R&D department. Supervise on review all PM&RM reports to ensure that it's Meeting the limits in RMS and PMS. Supervise on review CoA for all raw materials especially critical materials (cocoa – Whole and skimmed milk powder …….) 3-Manage Micro Lab. And its activities : Issue and update water procedure beside water analysis plan and review analysis reports (water as ingredients – Circulated). Issue and update air Procedure beside its plan and review analysis reports (Sedimentation Rate) for all production Lines. Issue and update equipments swabs Procedure beside its plan and review analysis reports (for all production Lines) to verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation program which lead to produce safety and high quality products. Issue and update Finished Product plan beside review analysis reports for all products to comply with quality management requirements.
