• Job Details:WORK EXPERIENCE - My Work Experience in HSE Field about 12 years as follow :- From Sep .2015 Till present HSE Manager in Naphtha Complex in (ASORC Company),Egypt From Sep. 2013 to Sep.2015 HSE Section Head (In Charge of HSE Department) in Environment Development company (EDCO) (Chemicals Company) In Jubail- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia From Nov. 2009 to Sep. 2013 HSE Supervisor in Assiut Oil Refining CO (ASORC),Egypt From Jan. 2008 to Nov. 2009 Quality Control , HSE Senior in T3A pharmaceutical CO ,Egypt From Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2008 Quality Control, HSE Specialist inT3A pharmaceutical CO ,Egypt JOB DESCRIPITON • Act as a first contact point with regulatory authorities concerning HSE aspects upon Plant audits & inspections and ensure all regulatory requirements are fully met within the plant. Coordinate with plant management team to fully implement HSE procedures within all site areas and processes. • Conduct the annual training refresher programs for all employees' levels/functions in safety and environment control principles and Conduct all required trainings feasible in site and monitor the list of staff trained by updating the training matrix • Record all Pro-Action Reports inside the file Pro-Action Report Analysis (PARA) excel file or inside an non conformity report. And do the PARA analysis monthly, report the results of the analysis inside the HSE monthly report. • Prepare monthly safety tour reports and send to management and discuss all the recommendations during the monthly HSE committee meeting. • Develop all the required documentations, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with policies, including corrective and preventive measures. • First responsible for preparing written daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance. • Prepare all kinds of HSE plans and update it according to the HSE Management System. • Conduct all kinds of safety meeting, and review monthly with HSE committee members the Remedial Action Plan or RAP. • Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation. Update on daily basis the Remedial Action Plan or RAP. • Motivate people on conducting the site operations risk assessment studies generating the Safe Work Procedure (SWP) for all kinds of operations (Safety Management program) Assist line management during risk assessment and production of SWP. • Audit work being performed with the ''Safe Work Permit” by reviewing all discipline work method statements to insure that safety is incorporated and compliant according to HSE policies • Monitor, assist and carry-out all other safety programs such as Permit To Work (PTW), Management of Change (MOC) Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Risk assessment, Job safety analysis, Accident Investigation ,etc … • Supervises the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipment. • Organize, review, assist and monitor the inspection/audit programs. • Organize, monitor and facilitate all kinds of safety meetings (Daily toolbox meeting, weekly safety meeting, HSE committee meeting etc… • Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses; Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports (IIR) and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Manager for promulgation. • Develop, establish and maintain Safety programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls. • Work according to ISO 9001-ISO14001-OSHAS 18001 in all technical and documentation system.
