• Job Details:-Manage MOH Hospitals and Healthcare Projects starting from designing phase until supervision on execution and project handed over. • Lead the planning and implementation of project • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Assemble and coordinate project design or supervision team: (Structure Eng., Architects, Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng., QS Eng. and Medical Equipment planner) • Plan and schedule project timelines. • Track project deliverables. • Provide direction and support to project team • Quality assurance • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs • Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Job Details:-Operation manager of Pharos Project (The Modernization of Alexandria University Hospitals Project). The project concern the implementation of three new academic hospitals (Pediatric, Emergency,(Smouha), and Borg Al Arab hospital)with 800 Beds total capacity. The project is a result of a grant agreement between the Egyptian government and the Netherland government, Dutch Grant (ORET).
