• Job Details:The role is mainly to direct from inception to practical implementation and deployment the digital transformation aspiration of one of the main biggest Oil & Gas producer in the Middle East. It comprises setting the overall digital strategy for the whole organization comprising the different businesses included in the portfolio which is about numerous different companies spanning exploration, oil & gas production, petrochemicals manufacturing, fleet management, power stations and downstream activities. Principal responsibilities: ●Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization. ●Set and lead the implementation of the digital transformation strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones. ●Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down. ●Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem ●Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources. ● Set the vision and strategic plan for the different businesses and actively direct their programs implementations. ● Champion the creation of new business process models and the redesign of existing re-engineered processes that require extensive cross-departmental collaboration and internal consensus ● Work closely with the senior C-Level executives to ensure that the Office of Transformation is a key driver of the strategy achievement within the organization. ● Inform and coordinate with stakeholder groups to leverage all corporate assets and evolving opportunities for innovative and specialized new business models. ● Provide leadership and direction to assigned innovation team to continuously drive business achievement.
