• Job Details:Prepare and send invoices to clients. o Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices. o Reconcile any irregularities in receipts. o Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments. o Work with accounts payable and other accounting system to ensure accuracy in finances. o Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting. o Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed. o Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
