Job Details:Monitoring TE Data services, system logs and activity through available tools on all servers. (mail servers, DNS, RADIUS, DB, LDAP, SBR, QPS and web-host servers, CPanel and Plesk hosting). Monitoring servers which hosted by customers inside our Data Center and troubleshooting any service running on it. Handle all requests related to domain names (register new domains, transferring and complete all web hosting steps and troubleshooting). Email accounts operation (create, modify and problems troubleshooting on Postfix, Qmail and MS-Exchange). Troubleshoot TE Data systems problems that related to our servers (Unix, Linux and Windows). Notifying responsible department about failures. Monitor and troubleshoot the scheduled backups. Perform basic servers Operating Systems installation (Linux or Windows).
