• Job Details:• Supervise and carry out the corrective and preventive maintenance plans according to OEM instructions to maintain OEE and ensure reliable continuous operation. • Generate purchase orders for spare parts, make technical comparison sheets and technical evaluations, assure the specifications of the newly arrived spare parts against requirements, and ensure that the critical spare parts are available all the time in the warehouse to decrease equipment downtime. • Follow up on the performance of critical equipment, carry out life card sheets, and evaluate the performance annually according to pre-prepared KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE. • Maintenance of large-scale hydraulic system units. • Prepare training material for supervisors and technicians. • Prepare maintenance activity log reports, history logs, failure reports, and performance appraisal reports of the subordinates. • Modify and re-design sealing devices such as mechanical seals and gland packings in many rotating equipment from concept to completion using SolidWorks and CAD drawing, carrying out, and erection to overcome leakage and increase OEE. • Responsible for all heavy equipment of the factory ,supervise technically on all the purchases of spare parts, lubricants, etc and handling the negotiations with dealers and suppliers • Routine Maintenance performing scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
