General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Recording Daily Journal Entries. - Preparing vendor's and suppliers' invoices for payment. - Examining expenses submitted by employees. - Preparing with Finance Department in monthly /yearly closing reports. - Preparing with Finance Department Income Statement and Trial Balance. - Assist in Preparing VAT and WHT Reports. - Preparing Cost Margin Report. - Follow up on invoice issues with the client service team and send them to the client to coordinate with the Finance Team. - Meet all Vendors to finalize financial procedures and contracts. - Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. - Follow up and communicate effectively with clients for collecting payments. - Follow up with the vendors to receive all required legal documents and update them on the System - Prepare vendor's payments due date’s schedule. - Execute all payments related to daily operations on the bank portal after validating them with the finance department. - Manage all bank transactions.

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:I was responsible for recording and bookkeeping the daily transactions. Following up the financial cycle of the company and recording any payables on it. I was also participating at the operation department.
