• Job Details:•Prepare Time Schedule and Detailed Baseline for MEP Projects. •Monitor Engineering, Procurement, and Construction on site. •Updating progress and delivering Dash-Board Reports. •Developing Cash-Flow Reports. •Prepare Recovery and Revised Plan. •Review Contractual additions and Omissions and coordinate with the project manager to update revised BOQ and Variation Orders (VOs). •Developing the Different Delay Analysis Techniques Impacting Baseline and participating in [EOT/ Cost] Claims with the Contract Engineers. •Documenting All Projects’ processes (WBS, Invoices, Procurement) on the Odoo System. •Issuing Procurement Plans for different Materials.

• Job Details:• Developing Baseline Schedules Using P6. • Updating progress and delivering Dash-Board Reports. • Developing Cash-Flow Reports. • Executing Delay analysis. • Documenting All Projects’ processes (WBS, Invoices, Procurement) on ERP System. • Issuing Procurement Plan for different Materials.
