• Job Details:* Full controlling and testing of all incoming materials (organic ,inorganic & polymers solvent &water base ) * Final product testing with standard specification by using modern laboratory instruments e.g. (Refractive index, Melting point, Viscosity meter, pH meter ,Simple distillation unit, Conductivity meter, Pyknometer, Different viscosity cups & Hydrometers and solid content instruments ) * Internal calibration of lab. Instruments. * Solving and analyses of customer technical problems. * Good knowledge for internal and external auditing. * Cost reduction and searching for alternatives materials and different suppliers. * Internal auditor. Responsibilities A- UV .over print varnish and UV WOOD sealer with all it's types formulations ,production ,quality control ,technical supporting)) B- Offset printing chemicals (fountain, developers ,cleaners ,washing ,gumming solutions) C- Water based adhesive( raw material polymer and final product ) D - Over print water base varnish E - Graphic art chemicals& solutions F - Quality control for wood coating product and materials G- Control of all type of solvents and raw materials
