• Job Details:Job purpose: Make sure that all safety standards are applied, increasing HSE culture between employees without decreasing the production of the company. Roles & Responsibilities: • Giving daily TBT for workers in my area. • Make HSE daily report, observations and JSA for every task. • Inspect scaffolds, power tools, hand tools and equipment daily. • Make sure of issuing and validity of PTW and existence of responsible person at the work place. • Make sure of every worker is wearing PPE according to his job. • Review lifting plan and make sure that is applied. Achievements: • Achieve zero LTI & FAC. • HSE culture increased and many workers could to join another work easily after finishing of the project. • We made the highest lifting operation in the Middle East.
