Mechanical and Piping EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for work such as conceptual studies, FEED , cost and planning studies, layouts, design calculations, specification development and supervising vendor packages for equipment and mechanical systems. • Develop and review of all kinds of engineering deliverables ( Design Basis, Piping Specifications, Mechanical Data sheets, Plot Plans, Equipment Lay out, GADs, Isometric drawings, etc...) • Carry out dimensional and fit-up control of piping prior to erection and verifying correct location of permanent piping supports. • Issue piping erection reports, updating applicable isometric drawings and diagrams with all As-built information. • Handling piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems including the drawing of field sketches when necessary. • Assist with training other engineers by providing instruction on new technologies and specialization, as well as to support the development of new technologies and methods. • Follow up the EPC jobs such as contractor commissioning preparation, planning, and execution to ensure that the day to day commissioning activities are in hand, and report any contractual non-conformity to the technical manager.

Mechanical & Piping Engineer (Team Leader)Full Time

• Job Details:• Participate in technical bid evaluations. Review vendor drawings, documents and design calculations. • Develop and review of all kinds of engineering deliverables such as Design Basis, Piping Specifications, Mechanical Data sheets, Plot Plans, Equipment Lay out, GADs, Isometric drawings, etc... • Provide construction supervision services on the utilities aspects of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safety and accurately implemented on site. • Provide site pipeline laying engineering support as well as other interdisciplinary support should the requirement arise. • Ensure the implementation of HSE requirements throughout all the phases of pipeline system design. • To participate in HAZOP’s and other key design reviews. • Cary all construction/repair jobs such as fabrication, welding testing and hydro-testing for piping spool, process equipment and Brownfield piping system modification (Offshore/Onshore). • Review bill of materials by material identification and marking, review punch list. • Review and approve work-hours estimate.

Piping and Pipeline EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Prepare construction requirement such as design calculations, data sheets, design drawings, prepare purchase requisitions and technical bid evaluations. • Develop specifications for the design, material selection, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and operation of the various pipelines in service with Company. • Cary out execution for Pipeline/piping and mechanical facilities construction. • Review the Construction Contract and identify all the method statements required for the Project in relation to the Testing and Commissioning Works. • To review EPC requirement such as piping specifications, drawings, material take-offs (MTO's), purchase requisitions and support materials. • Maintain pipeline records of all existing pipelines in order to avoid unplanned pipeline crossings, etc. • Co-ordinate and develop pipeline engineering plans and specifications including pig launchers and receivers, leak detection systems and flow measurements. • Perform engineering calculations for onshore and offshore pipelines, in accordance with international codes and standards and specific project requirements. • Monitor pneumatic/hydro testing activities, drying, and checking of due temperature of the lines.
