I was assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products; determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders;assessing product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results; maintaining product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaing product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Job Details:I started working as phone customer sevice worker in Lithuania(Vilnius) by making calls. After i suceeded,i started working in Estonia. within a year i became a deputy director. My responsibilities were: Provide leadership and direction for all staff Representing the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partners; Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations, Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department, Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.) Assisting director in budgeting and monitoring expenses, Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed, Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
