Interior Design Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires. •Manage the entire Interior Design process, from concept development to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. •Develop design concepts, including space planning, elevations, and color schemes. •Prepare presentations and drawings like 3D renders, 2D drawings, mood boards and mock-ups for clients. •Make selections on materials, finishes, and furnishings in order to align with design concepts and project requirements. •Create brand identity, marketing, and communications materials. •Create project schedules, ensuring all tasks are properly planned and executed. •Monitor project progress, and identify potential issues. •Create a timeline for the project and estimate project costs to align with the client’s budget. •Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. •Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to oversee the implementation of projects and to ensure that projects are on track. •Oversee the implementation of the project on-site ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Interior DesignerFull Time

• Job Details:•Develop and present creative interior design concepts for various real estate projects, considering client preferences, project requirements, and market trends. •Planning and organizing the design of several project types •Client’s meeting to determine their needs by submitting mood boards and sketches. •Illustrate and present visual illustrations using the proper software. • Prepare and present the Shop drawing files to the construction project manager. •Collaborate with architects and other contractors to ensure cohesive integration of interior and architectural elements. •Select and purchase furnishings, artworks, and accessories.

ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:•Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and 3D Max Vray renderings) for clients. •Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans. •Collaborate with contractors on the project site to implement the design as the drawings.
