- Job Details:HR Manager for Scientific Office and Technical Operations Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Implements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews. Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory. Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Ensures compliance with local employment laws. Support HR Director in improving HR functions, in addition to, achieves and implements new projects to enhance and develop work environment (Job Descriptions, Medical and Life Insurance, Recruitment, Budget, Handbook and Policies). Preparing and administrating Payroll for MFG site monthly and on a regular basis (overtime, adjustments, transfer, posting and interface, opening new period and closing). Strives to maintain a high level of quality concerning Personnel Administration in compliance with Egyptian legislation and corporate guidelines Acts as an interpreter between employees and Regional HR director to convey fairly any outstanding issues or inquiries. Performs annual review for HR policies regarding salary scales, incentives, car plans, housing, medical insurance, transportation allowance and education for Mfg. Site based on annual survey analysis, benchmarking within the pharmaceutical industry and validate with HR Manager to ensure keeping the competitiveness. Works with finance department in the preparation of the budget/projection headcount, providing headcount data, salaries and benefits………etc. and providing the sales analysis with bonus base information that helps in the incentive calculation. Builds and maintains strong relationships with all functional managers to accomplish objectives, seeks to build relationship of trust among employees.
