• Job Details: Lab. Shift Leader Indomie Egypt for Instant Noodles - Badr city (Jan 2015 – Current)  Roles & Responsibilities: ▪ Ensure that all results are carried out according to standard methods. ▪ Coordinate, supervise and evaluate work activity & performance of lab. Analyst. ▪ Ensure the calibration of lab equipment used in laboratory and its conditions. ▪ Ensure the availability of chemicals used in laboratory and its storage condition. ▪ Monitor & implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and 5S system in laboratory. ▪ Ensure that lab. SOPs are established, implemented, maintained and updated. ▪ Prepare analytical work sheets, reports and present data analysis in tabular and graphical forms. ▪ Ensure that the required training for lab. Analyst personal is carried out according to requirement. ▪ Receive lab equipment/chemicals from suppliers and have authorities to accept or reject it. ▪ Develop new alternative techniques of analysis which reduce cost and give more accuracy. ▪ Strong analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshoot analytical and instrumental problems. ▪ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.  QC Lab. Chemist Indomie Egypt for Instant Noodles - Badr city (Jan 2010 – Dec 2014)  Roles & Responsibilities: ▪ Perform analysis of raw materials according to the standard methods and report abnormalities. ▪ Analysis of batch samples to monitor conformity to critical batch parameters. ▪ Conduct all chemical and physical tests of finished product and shelf life product. ▪ Report the analysis results, non-conformance and issue recommendations. ▪ Analysis feed and boiler water and check all parameters to keep water output on standard level. ▪ Prepare and standardize all chemicals used in lab and Implement tagging and labeling systems. ▪ Calibrate, clean and maintain lab equipment. ▪ Ability to work in team environment and accomplish work during pressure time.
