• Job Details: Follow up the payment due date.  Development chart of account and responsible of avoid or add any account or cost center in it.  Follow up, auditing and updating all suppliers' contracts and payment due.  Responsible of cash receipts and disbursements such as the payroll, general and administrative expenses.  Participation in tax inspection.  Responsible of some attestation duties as make companies' accounts.  Preparing and entering all journal entries on the computer system.  Preparing cash reconciliation of company's statement in bank.  Review contractors & Suppliers invoices.  Issuance of checks for suppliers.  Analysis accounts for contractors and the work of their data and presented to the Chief Financial Accounts.  Assistance in the processing of monthly salaries and to settle all of the switches and discounts on each staff member
