• Job Details:• Read and understand design drawings of HVAC system,compsite drawings,Schematic diagrams,Submitals, Architecture and Structre sections to know the concept of the building and the design of HVAC system. • Modeling of HVAC system and coordinate it with other disciplines Insuring easy maintenance and installation for equipements in the site. • Resizing of ducts and pipes if needed according to codes and standard. • Preparing RFI`s and Reports for any Issues (If needed). • Coordinate between MEP,Architecture and Structure departements for any problems in coordination. • Export Shop Drawings (Coordinated Sections, plans,3D views ,Details) from the coordinated model. • Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

BIM MEP EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Revision for the design of Electromechanical systems according to Codes for each. • Modeling and Coordination of (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Piping and Electrical systems). • Export Shop Drawings for the project. • Providing technical support for Autodesk Revit (or any other software related to BIM department) in BIM Implementations. • Acting as an MEP BIM Consultant and Modeling supervisor in BIM Implementations. • Conducting professional training in REVIT and AUTOCAD programs.
