• Job Details:I'm a production Engineer with strong leadership and problem solving skills to ensure that the manufacturing process operates efficiently and work closely with planning and maintenance departments to identify and resolve potential problems. and reported to the Production Manager. Duties and responsibilities: Administer the daily production process by allocating the available team and resources efficiently, following up on standard operating procedures, giving clear instructions and coordinating with the stakeholders in order to meet the shift production target and achieve the production KPIs. Maintain the HSE standards and governmental regulations by ensuring commitment of all people inside the production hall (operators, visitors, etc.) to provide healthy and safe working environment. Adhere to the production promises by coordinating with the planning department to deliver the finished goods on time and meet the customers’ expectations. Sustain the machines’ availability by coordinating and communicating with the maintenance team to execute the planned preventive maintenance and ensure that the machines are in optimum conditions. Deliver high quality finished good by coordinating with the Quality Control team to conduct the monthly hygiene test in order to meet (PPG Industries) quality standards. . Comply with all HSE rules and instructions. • Implement production plan set by planning department according to OTIF principle. • Ensure that the machines work at optimal level in terms of productivity and efficiency. • Continuous update for S.O.P and WIs (work instructions)of all machines and production processes. • Professional Trouble shooting for any problem may appear in production activities to achieve max quality and productivity. • Work to eliminate customers’ complaints through ensuring production process consistency and packing process also. • Coordinate with maintenance team to fulfill the preventive maintenance plan and continuous upgrading of the machines to return it to the original status. • Work to Continuous improving through participating in improvement projects with coordination with teams in other departments. • Prepare periodical KPI reports to the concerned people and then put a corrective and preventive actions accordingly. • Eliminate any kind of losses(material, time, slow running) through optimal usage of all resources. • Put a succession plan to production team through updating continuously operators’ skill matrix. • Try continuously to increase engagement spirit between his team and the company through putting a reward and motivating system.
