• Job Details:• Receive inbound calls from new customers inquiring about broadband, tv and landline plans. • Assist customers to decide which package suits them the most after making an analysis depending on their exact needs. • Help existing customers who would like to upgrade or renew their contract. • As well I'm one of the subject matter experts in the team so whenever we get new agents I take the responsibility of giving them proper system training, sales tricks and product knowledge. • I'm also responsible for the NPS daily report as I monitor the surveys and in case any of my colleges gets a detractor: - I make one to one session to listen to the call and discuss weakness and strength points. - what should be done to avoid any detractors in the future. - Keep an eye on the performance curves. • I'm one of the seniors so incase my team leader is not around I watch the adherence, breaks and total work time and send different reports to the admin team.
