• Job Details: Sales and Business development responsibilities in Egypt, Africa and GCC: 1. Launched new markets in many countries such as Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, South Africa, Egypt, Libya, Tunis and Algeria. 2. Conducted field visits to the relevant countries to gather information about the existing market and the availability of our products there. 3. Setting a marketing plan and a strategy to implement in the relevant markets and estimating the quantity that we can pump there along with the future price plan. 4. Following up on all cargos from shipping point till clearance. 5. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders on all financial matters and settlements according to the banking and financial system in the relevant country. 6. Building strong relationships with all the importers and upselling to achieve higher annual sales turnout. 7. Follow up with our sales support team, logistics and administration team. 8. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports.

Sales ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Sales and Accounting responsibilities: • Market the product to the clints by explaining the advantages and the quality of such product and convince the customers to buy from the company on a daily basis. • Prepare and issue the invoices to each client in accordance with the approved prices and terms of sales. • Collect the sales revenue from the clients by issuing an official receipt voucher for them after receiving the cash or Cheque or using their credit cards for payment and sending the collected revenues to the main head office in Dubai. • Prepare the sales order to clients, enter the details in the JD EDWARDS Software and send the sales order along with invoice to inform the concern division in the company to start preparing the requested order daily. • Coordinate and communicate with the shipping division to make sure that deliverables of sales orders will be on time and according to the terms of sales. • Follow up with clints in case if there is any issue related to delivery or any complain. • Prepare monthly sales report for all sales during the month and share the report with the accounting division. • Stock taking for the inventories in the showroom and stores and send the stock report to the main head office in Dubai on a monthly basis.
