• Job Details:Responsibilities: -  Prepare, schedule, manage, and oversee the delivery of key assigned projects.  Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.  Review the design, prepare, submit, and follow all technical submittals until getting final approval.  Effective communication with the project stakeholders.  Focus on the relevant team members on the achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.  Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress.  Accurate, timely and effective reporting to the senior Managers.  Escalate issues to the PM and leadership as needed.  Close coordination and follow up with (FF, HVAC and Security) suppliers and subcontractors.  Monitor cost aspects of the project within direct control, forecast final costs, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns.  Provide administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, creating meeting minutes …etc.  Identify and mitigate issues or resource constraints that could affect project objectives.  Manage the flow of information in order to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.  Hand over the spare part units to the client as per the contract.  Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables to assure that the scope is achieved and transfer the ownership to stakeholders.  Maintain stakeholder relationships in order to receive continued support and manage expectations.

Project Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities:-  Ensure that purchase orders are issued in a timely and efficient manner and the goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.  Prepare material submittal as per specifications and project requirements to ensure the submittals are complied with required specifications and project requirements.  Review technical offers and ensure that the requested items meet the required specifications, Moreover, obtained at the lowest possible price and delivery schedule.  Prepare monthly payment plans, reconcile accounts, and request tax invoices.  Identify materials required for projects from BOQ, drawings, and specifications.  Prepare, review, and properly update the procurement schedules and material files.  Evaluate the vendor's proposal technically in compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Site and Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Assigned projects with Madkour Group (Egypt)  Bahr El-Bakar 66KV Substation and 61 KM OHTL Project  Galala Projects, (Four Infrastructure UG Cable Projects, and 45 KM OHTL Project).  LRT-(Light Railway Train). 2 x (220/27.5/20) KV SS, and 16 (20 KV SS). Responsibilities:-  Supervising the installation of (GIS, SWGRs, Control and Protection panels, Power transformers, Outdoor Equipments, UG MV and LV cable, Lightning Mast, Lighting and Decorative Poles, and OHTL  Attend internal and external design reviews.  Issuing all the PRs, POs, SCRs, VRs, and VOs.  Review the schematic and wiring diagram for protection and control.  Prepare all the required IRs, MIRs, RFIs, and RFPs for consultant approval.  Review and prepare all drawings and detailed RFQ for various projects material.  Prepare all required drawings and calculations of MV, LV, and Lighting networks.  Prepare, collect, and record the as-built drawings for redesign according to the site.  Ensures effective technical and scope coordination with EPC, Clients, or third-party representatives:  Ensure all materials are delivered to the construction site in compliance with the contract requirements and the approved drawings from the client.  Prepare invoice sheets for the owner and subcontractors.
