• Job Details:Design & manufacturing any special tools or jigs For Gas Cooker/Microwave/Oven assembly lines and manufacturing departments. Develop a lean manufacturing strategy for all manufacture to ensure the facility’s objectives are met in the areas of safety quality profitability waste. Reverse engineering of machine parts and spare parts and manufacture them locally to reduce cost. Planning purchasing spare parts and communicating with suppliers. Prepare Material handling Strategy from the manufacturing departments and warehouses to the production lines. Develop new packaging designs and/or parts distribution strategy that will drive for waste elimination. supervising Welding and Pipex workshops. construct New Microwave assembly line and prepare all the required jigs and tools.
