Senior R&D Packaging Development EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Conduct Packaging Benchmarking and collaborate closely with suppliers to identify new opportunities and alternatives. 2- New machinery identification/development in collaboration with the Operations/Projects teams. 3- Compile policies, procedures, and guidelines in relation to Packaging R&D. 4- Consolidate data for various developmental trials such as Shelf-life studies, Machinability trials and Transit trials and keep records. 5- Operational support to Manufacturing and Engineering (troubleshooting, quality improvement, line efficiency improvement, variances/concessions, input into CAPEX projects). 6- Drive the packaging sustainability strategy, identify gaps and opportunities, execute activities and report on progress. 7- Conducting trials, and validation to prove concept and scalability. 8- Packaging SQA support - supplier approval and material certificates of Analysis/Conformance in coordination with the Lab. 9- Interact with Marketing and Product development teams for Artwork development, prototype making, planning trials and BOM creation for a smooth commercial launch. 10- Procurement support (Supply Continuity, RFQ process)

In Process Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Lead the investigation in any nonconformity issue. 2- Participate in the continual improvement projects from a quality perspective. 3- Ensure that the FG samples of Milk and Juice products form the filling lines withdrawn as per the approved sampling plan. 4- Ensure that the start-up check list for all the filling lines after CIP/SIP and before starting production is applied as per the approved QC program. 5- Ensure that the FG printing code for all filling lines in the start-up and changeover is applied as per the approved QC program. 6- Ensure the FG quality checks for FG products are applied as per the approved QC program. 7- Follow up the sterility test on filling line as per the approved sterility test procedure. 8- Control and report any non-conforming product as per the control of non-conforming product procedure. 9- Review and record the results of all quality check points in the quality control batch record. 10- Ensure of the implementation of GMP practices in the production area. 11- Review the quality batch records in daily basis and report the daily quality report to the quality section head.

QC Packaging EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Supervising all QC conducted various quality control tests, including dimensional measurements, wall thickness checks, leak tests, drop tests, and visual inspections. 2- Performed visual and dimensional inspections of finished plastic parts (bottles and closures) for defects such as cracks, burrs, discoloration, and dimensional inaccuracies. 3- Monitoring technicians instructions and procedures according to company quality policy. 4- Recording defects on the daily defect tracking report & identify trends and areas for improvement. 5- Collaborated with stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective and preventive actions. 6- Responsible for approving the FGs in all productions stages and making sure all customer needs are achieved. 7- Implement all food safety rules and regulations as required.
