• Job Details:- Liaise with and review budget and expenditure as necessary with treasurer and preparing monthly reports and other data as required - Responsible for analyzing contracts , reviewing invoices against order and contract rats communicate to finance department - Responsible for collecting needed documents for any shipment and dealing with bank till collect the shipment documents - Dealing with bank (Open accounts - Follow-up funds - Over draft). - Dealing with Export Development Fund & Re Sales tax. - Preparation of documentary and accounting cycle. - Preparation of financial statements and reports. - Follow-up customers and suppliers balances. - Follow-up cash in and cash out. - make all sales invoice - sales accounting - purchasing accounting
