1- Succeeded in improving the quality and standards of teaching and learning by executing an extensive research and comparative analysis among seven assessment tools in order to select a sophisticated and authenticated assessment tool which provided teachers, parents and the school with a comprehensive data analysis of each child. 2- Succeeded in improving the overall communication and reporting system between parents and the school. 3- Introduced the electronic report card system. 4- Made a huge contribution to enhance the entry assessment processes and increased the overall revenue. 5- Built a strong foundation and reputation by enhancing the curriculum model. 6-Built strong relationships and trust between parents and teachers. 7- Built a strong team by ensuring staff morale and ethics were in place, gaining their trust and always having an open door policy in order to listen, share, guide and support staff members.
