• Job Details:• Supervise and Work over many types of wells like sucker rod, ESP, Natural flow Wells. • Responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of safe and efficient field activities. • Supervise installation services for down hole packers and service tools in the field. • Supervise Work over operations Such as well stimulation, well testing and Perforations (wire line casing guns& TCP). • Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered. • Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.Ensure the contractor meets all requirements of his contract. • Work with Workover engineers to see that modern workover practices are followed.Approve contractor daily tour reports. • Ensure that contractor rigs and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime. Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the superintendent. • Ensure that Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing and crew response. Assure that rig and personnel comply with safety standards and procedur
