• Job Details:Responsible for maintenance and continuous operation of factory's machinery in all departments (under call 24/7). Arrange preventive maintenance on a weekly basis within the yearly master plan Lead and handle a team of technicians to achieve the continuously updated targets for the company. Evaluate performance of subordinates and determine necessary training requirements Perform root cause analysis for major break-downs and suggest proper preventive action Follow up spare parts stock, order new parts and check compatibility of parts delivered Member in the initiative team of the Lean manufacturing system applied in the company. - Planned Maintenance and Daily Equipment Care team member On site Projects in Coveris: - Installation and commissioning of Flexo CI printing machine - Installation and commissioning of Bag Making machine - Installation and commissioning Slitting machine - Installation and commissioning of Roto Gravure machine - Installation and commissioning of laser perforation unit
