• Job Details:• Fulfill purchase and supply for brands (Fanjan Cafe, Jalib for coffee machines & barista tools, Philld restaurant & Bake for bakery) • Calculate branches consumption then put purchases plan. • Receive orders from branches managers. • Sourcing and evaluating vendors and negotiating purchase terms. • Finalize credit contracts with vendors and attest from chamber of commerce. • Created payment plan for better vendor relation and company cash flow. • Follow deliveries and solve supplying problems and conduct returns and back orders • Coordinate and monitor the receipt and dispatch of cargo in warehouses. • Coordinate with drivers to deliver branches orders on time. • Submit Monthly reports of purchases. Inventory and branches deliveries.

Logistics & Order Processing SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Handling orders between Sales & the company headquarter. • Consolidate orders for better profit margin and creating methods for lower shipping costs. • Get and compare the best quotations among freight forwarders. • Prepare and upload files for Importation approval. • Keep track with custom agent to meet all clearance procedures. • Gather and review all documents needed for clearance then send to broker. • Coordinate and monitor the receipt and dispatch of cargo in warehouse. • Conduct physical inventory of warehouse stock on periodic bases. • Ensure inventories are accurate up to date and submit reports on a periodic basis. • Attend and finalize MOH inspections of shipment final release. • Coordinate local deliveries with sales & couriers and cut off delivery costs. • Handle delivery of temperature control products with best temperature conditions. • Sending & receiving samples via couriers internally & globally.
