• Job Details:1- recieve customer requests , dispatch the requests among the engineers as per their locations and tasks, following up continuously that the customer get the proper service for his requests. Make sure that the feild employees finish all their tasks with in the agreed ETA 2- update the data base of the machines in the customer side with the status and conditions of each device 3-track the stock of the spare parts , doing full analysis for it’s usage , preparing the purchase order for the needed items 4- prepare the service maintenance contract , following the invoices of the service after completion 5- handle any functions needed for service module on SAP 6- assist with preparing the weekly , annually maintenance plan
