Material requirements planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Creating forecasts for consumable materials requirements, including estimating seasonal fluctuations in demand. • Coordinating with other departments such as engineering and purchasing to ensure that materials are available when needed with the actual consumptions rates. • Calculating potential scraps quantities based on expirations dates and follow up with purchasing team to reach extensions dates from suppliers. • Developing material specifications based on client needs and ensuring that materials meet those specifications. • Reviewing inventory levels of materials and ordering additional quantities when necessary. • Managing inventory of materials by storing items in warehouses or distributing them to work sites. • Making sure that materials are delivered on time and are of high quality. • Monitoring costs associated with materials purchases and maintaining records of expenditures. • Preparing reports on material usage and cost trends over time.

Production PlannerFull Time

• Job Details:• Schedules daily / weekly production plans and execute Oracle production orders. • Drives decisions and trade-offs to optimize the production plan and communicates to stakeholders • Track actual produced quantities versus Supply plan and notify Supply planner with variances impacting raw material stocks • Contributes to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives • Identify & Escalate process improvement opportunities to Planning Manager • Align w/MFG & Planning on optimal scheduling wheel and production runs • Drive results through adherence to core planning processes and policies • Collaborate w/MFG to develop optimal run strategies: balancing inventory, capacity, and production efficiency • Serve as liaison between planning and manufacturing, optimizing schedule to meet all objectives • Daily sequencing to align scheduling wheel & capacity; Minimizing change overs & maximizing planning efficiencies • Escalate capacity risks to the Supply Interface roles or planning managers whilst identifying options to drive resolution • Measure, analyse, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.

Supply chain engineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Coordination with the technical office regarding drawings and production orders. * Follow up on the production of initial samples and accessories. * Ensure the daily follow-up of production processes and provide production needs and work to improve the production supply processes with materials Raw. * Ensure the follow-up of production efficiency, interruptions, and combinations. * Ensure the periodic follow-up of the needs plan, the production plan, and the warehouse balances to take appropriate actions to achieve a process Balance and adjust the necessary of these plans. * Ensure the establishment and follow-up of MRP systems and production control. * Ensure that the necessary data on the cost of production is provided to the concerned departments and the modifications that may occur to them to achieve the goals Approved for production. * Work permanently and continuously to follow up on projects, sales plans, stock balances of the finished product, and make comparisons
