• Job Details:Sustain plant operation shift. Operating the sulphonation plant (blowers - adsorption bed - refrigeration cycle - furnace - converter - preheater - heat exchangers - plug flow reactor - cyclone - prink filter - ageing - cyclone - vacuum pumps - cooling tower - scrubber). Monitoring SCADA for controlling the operation. Making site walks within the shift to check on the equipment and operations. Teaming with the field technicians to solve any problem faces us. Responsible for sampling tanker loading and unloading operations. Achieve target & production quantity & quality as per plan. Resolve all wear near misses in plant. Implementation & sustaining automation maintenance.
