• Job Details:* Managing the DP dept. orders and schedule requirements. * Pre-planning production and deploy a daily prioritized production schedule to the production halls with appropriate time deadline targets. * Ensuring that production is according to agreed time, quality and cost-effective. * Maintaining quality products by establishing and enforcing organizational standards (SOPs, GMP). * Monitoring & reviewing the production progress against deadline targets to ensure on-time delivery. * Coordinating with supervisors for implementation of new initiatives. * Liaising among different departments. * Foreseeing potential problems before they happen. * Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed. * Supervising and motivating workforce at production halls. * Ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained & repaired. * Ensuring production/quality processes, equipment being used and the working environments are all conducive to producing high-quality products.

Plant SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:* Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. * Ensuring that the production is cost effective. * Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. * Working out the human and material resources needed. * Drafting a timescale for the job. * Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. * Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. * Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. * Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. * Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. * Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals. * Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. * Supervising and motivating a team of workers. * Reviewing the performance of subordinates. * Identifying training needs.

Branch ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:* Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. * Deploy a wide variety of training methods. * Manage training budget. * Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
