• Job Details:• Operating, supporting and administering Corporate Data Network & security infrastructures carrying production traffic (Routers (Cisco and Juniper), Switches, Firewalls (SRX, Netscreen, ASA, and Fortinet), load balancers, wireless, interconnecting multiple branch offices with 4000+ employees, data centers and 50+ shops, and AAA servers. • Ensuring a 24x7 network availability, stability, and security. Following ITIL processes during projects deployment, • Handling daily requests and incidents within the business defined SLA. • Operating as second-line support, responding to escalations, troubleshooting the network and acting accordingly to failures. • Granting security access for major IT projects and providing remote access services, ensuring two-factor authentication. • Performing hardware and software upgrades for various network platforms to encounter the latest technologies. • Implementing new site-to-site VPN connections between Orange and other parties resources. • deploying new network connectivity solutions to ensure network redundancy for various types of services running between Orange Corporate and other parties. • Granting security access for users and endpoints through (RSA, ACS and Identity Services Engine (ISE)). • Dealing with F5 products either through LTM in load balancing traffic on all critical servers or through client-to-site VPN APM.

Senior Network AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:- Configure Cisco CallManager to add users, phones, and Cisco IP Communicator to the Cisco Call Manager database by using manual configuration. - Configure Cisco CallManager to enable features and services to devices include conferencing, MOH, speed dials, Call Pickup, etc...... . - Develop scripts providing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) treatment, collecting digits and performing database lookups on Cisco IPCC. - Test the scripting logic to verify that it meets the business requirements on Cisco IPCC - Identify script failure on Cisco IPCC. - Create and assign call skills for agents on Cisco IPCC. - Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security. - Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures. - Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability. - Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. - Document network problems and resolutions for future reference. - Create access cards with ID for the employ using “On Guard” program. - Responsible on reporting logs for access cards and cams.
