• Job Details:o Prepare and send bills and invoices for sales or services rendered. o Collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers. o Timely follow up and ensuring collection through Sales executives as per the company credit policy. o Communication with the customers via E-mail (outlook) like receiving purchase order & cash transferring & prices quotations. o Proficiency Working on SMACC program (Accounting operation system) o Provide customer with any needed facilities and requirements. o Assist in payroll payment and transactions. o Perform account reconciliations. o Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. o Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records. o follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc o Perform and Assist with month-end closing. o Opening a financial account for credit customers.
