• Job Details:Report to K-Group Chairman. ( https://kgroup-eg.com/ ) Leadership of the company, Manage Logistical services with capacity of 200 Heavy Trucks, 1800 Medium Trucks, 100 buses and 65 stores Achieve and build a strong brand in the industry. Responsible for overall performance of the company in terms of both operational & financial pillars. Set-up company operational processes, policies & procedures. Support staff recruitment, training, selection of suppliers and assure local regulatory requirements are established. Develop & Execute company Business Plan and Budgets. Develop Sales & Marketing efforts, including new client prospecting and develop suitable proposals for new customers, support company revenue growth and secure company market potential. Expand company Transportation, Distribution and 3PL service portfolio in Egypt. Develop key suppliers to ensure company performance targets are met. Develop innovative logistics solutions. Ensure compliance in Environment, Health and Safety Controls. Make sure all company employees are following targeted safety culture. Motivate, Direct & Develop the team to achieve their goals & targets. Managing 1000+ employees, on hand control of 500 Million pounds annual operating budget. Managing functions : Transportation, Maintenance, Licensing, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Spare Parts Stores, Finished product warehouses, Distribution, Safety and all facilities related to the operation.
