- Job Details:I initially worked in a call center for 3 months, where I communicated with customers, introduced myself and the company, and explained the services we provide. We handed the customer their bank account card, asked them to clarify the correspondence, and set a convenient time for pickup. I then moved to the reception department. I received calls from customers about the arrival of bank cards, determined the best pickup times with customers, and found satisfactory solutions within the workflow. I ended up being appointed as the Deputy Team Leader, where I monitored employees' knowledge of workflow, cross-referenced appointments with customer addresses, followed up on inquiries and accounts via Facebook, reviewed employee vacations, and tracked their adherence to work schedules.
