- Job Details:1. Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures to govern the Finance and Accounting Dept. and all other departments. 2. Exercise prudent fiscal management over all assets including cash, inventories and fixed assets. 3. Maintain and efficient, accurate and timely accounting system to record all financial transaction of the company and to satisfy the management information. 4. Monitor compliance with company financial polices and procedures and report exceptions. 5. Involved in finalizing contract agreements for suppliers and / or contractors. 6. To insure all the payment are checked, verified and signed justifiable as per Co. procedures, before releasing the payment. 7. Survey the market in respect of various supplies, annual service contracts etc. 8. Provide the management with monthly financial statements to allow review of financial status. 9. Disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures. 10. Assist the department heads in the preparation and submission of the annual budget for review and approval. 11. Work closely with various department heads in meeting their budgetary restrictions. 12. Prepare financial and statistical reports, financial audits and tax returns as required by law. 13. Insure adequate controls are maintained over inventory levels and advise management regarding variances, access stock, expired items, unauthorized purchases, malpractice if encountered any. 14. Identify areas of waste and inefficiency to take corrective measures. 15. Monthly financial presentation - budget VS. Actual with financial summary highlights & comments. 16. Keep an update of changes in labor law and taxes related matters in Egypt and inform the management. 17. Preparing budgeted cash flow for cash management. 18. Prepared job description for all account dept. staff. 19. Established documentary flow chart for the company. 20. Designed cost control format including all kinks of expenses 21. Review the monthly cost reports highlighting the variances and investigating the reasons. 22. Design payroll system (almost 300 employees). 23. Design all reports needed by shareholders or franchiser. 24. Discuss and finalize the bank agreements. 25. Discuss and finalize the insurance policy of the company yearly. 26. Prepare Yearly appraisal for all accountants in finance department. 27. Prepare overseas shipment cost. 28. Review monthly payroll influences. 29. Prepare and control all kinds of withholding tax. 30. Prepare yearly income tax reconciliation.
