• Job Details:• Release the Financials Performance Reports comparing with Budgets. • Liaising with External Auditors until the completion of Yearly Audited Financials reports. • Check and monitor the Actual posted Expenses (all departments) with Budgeted expenses during the month. • Handling Tax matters and submissions of periodical Tax returns and follow up until the completion of annual Tax assessments & clearance. • Coordinate with legal consultants on AGMs and related issues. • Handling insurance renewal and claims related matters. • Liaising with Ministry of Trade/ Finance and export subsidy. • Assisting The Chief Finance Officer on Project Finance related Matters and CAPEX. • Assisting the CFO in relation to new and renewal of banking facilities and factoring. • SAP S4 Hana implementation. • Fund arrangement and allocate received fund against required payments. • Managing Operation Work and related issues with Receivables & Payables Teams.
