• Job Details:• Manage vendor accounts, follow up purchase cycle with concerned departments (fabric sourcing team, Trims, chemicals & G.G). • Verified all vendor payments, printed checks and ensure vendor- invoices documents accounted regularly into system. • Conducted research on payment errors due to error in data entry. • Ensure all expenses is going according to the budget. • Weekly cash budget- preparing and ensure all due payments allocated in time as per the cash follow/receivable without fail. • Following with team to ensure updating journal entries in time with no delay. • Follow up with team all sundry creditors’ outstanding payable balance and arrange the payment in time. • Handling and preparing financial statements for internal purpose due to board/top management requirement and for external audit in financial closing time. • Follow up with team all freight forwarding, clearance and trucking (service providers) bills- updating for export and import shipments. • Generate SIM reports (Trial balance, P&L and Balance Sheets) from system. • Follow up with team for handling activities in accounts payable and receivable. • Follow up with team for timely payments of dealer invoices. • Assisted in maintenance and completion of general ledgers • Assist in handling the tasks of providing administrative support through drafting official correspondence of the company. • Preparing and establish import L/C, sending letters and dealing with Merchandiser and bank. • Bank reconciliation process.
