• Job Details:Take the lead across all aspects of the center by reviewing how the branches & departments work together to reach CKC goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the center apart from competitors.  Design and analyze business, marketing, and financial strategies and initiatives.  Create, evaluate, communicate and revise business plans.  Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures.  Collect, analyze and interpret financial data.  Assess financial risk and manage assets.  Upgrade the computer system of the center, and lead the project of implementation.  Reprice all medical and non-medical services based on marketing analysis.  Liaise with physicians and others electives to enhance profits and productivity.  Develop a loyalty program to reward frequent customers.  Oversee the facility’s staff to ensure high quality level and patient care.  Engage in public relations and communicate with stakeholders.  De-escalate conflict and mediate negotiations among care providers.  Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employees’ opinions, adjusting, and recognizing the team's accomplishments.  Create a marketing and contracting department to brand CKC as a leading specialized healthcare and medical education institute; positioned as an ethical, professional & scientific healthcare provider and reputed internationally as a one of the best Nephrology centers; through focusing on patients’ benefits along with commercial trends.  Create different channels to propagate the center’s services to wide range of audience ex: using social media, radio advertisements, and up-to-date website.  Initiate usage of up-to-date technologies to increase efficiency and serve cost reduction strategies.  Contract with the most leading medical insurance companies and syndicates in Egypt (Top 20) to provide medical services to their patents which lead to dramatic increase in the center occupation around 22% in 1 year & accordingly the revenue.
